As part of the board’s special education initiative, Carol and Wayne Campbell from Hila Science Camp are presenting a series of workshops designed for the advanced learner. All grade 4 to 8 students enrolled in schools of the Renfrew County Catholic District School Board are eligible to attend. The workshops are hands on with all equipment and supplies provided. The computer programs are being held in the Hila Lab at Bishop Smith Catholic High School in Pembroke.
Additional workshops are being offered at St. Thomas the Apostle in Renfrew, St. John Bosco Catholic School in Barry's Bay and Our Lady of Sorrows in Petawawa.
