Control the musical tones created by this circuit with your film canister joystick.

Parts:

• J1 - A basic joystick constructed from a film canister.
• IC 1 - 555
• R1 - 1K
• R2 - 2K
• R3 - 6.2K
• R4 - 12K
• R5 - 1K
• C1 - 1 uF
• C2 - 47 uF
• S1 - small speaker

Voltage (+V) can vary from 4 to 9 volts. Experiment by substituting different values for resistors R1 to R4. Try different values for C1.  You can use a speaker from an old set of headphones.
